30-Day Easy Return Policy
Customers can return or exchange any product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, Eagle Vogue will not be responsible for any return, refund, or exchange requests.
Order Cancellation
1) Within 24 hours: You can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
2) After 24 hours: A 30% deduction will apply to cover processing costs.
3) Within 3 days before shipping: A 50% deduction applies.
4) After 3 days of confirmation: No cancellations will be accepted.
Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method within 3 working days.
Refund Policy
Once your return or exchange is approved, refunds are processed within 3 working days by our accounts department.
Refunds are only issued to the same card or PayPal account used for purchase.
Bank processing time: May take 5 to 14 business days depending on your financial institution.
You’ll receive email notifications throughout the refund process.

You are eligible for a refund if:
1) You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color.
2) The product differs from its online description.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Exchange Policy
Customers can exchange their product for another size, color, or design under the following conditions:
1) The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2) The customer must provide a valid reason for the exchange via email.
3) Exchange shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
4) Customers must use a trackable courier service and share the tracking ID with us.
5) Once approved, a return address will be provided, and your replacement item will be shipped within 15 days after we receive your return.
6) Customized products are non-exchangeable.
