Refund & Return Policy

At Eagle Vogue, we stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our leather jackets. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• Tags must still be attached

• The item must be in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your jacket, as long as the request is made within 14 days of receiving your order and the product is in original condition.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• If you received free shipping, a restocking fee of [$X] may be deducted (optional)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
