1. How long does delivery take?
Orders at Eagle Vogue are usually delivered within 10 to 13 business days after payment confirmation. Expedited shipping takes 7 to 9 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $150 exclusively for customers in USA, UK, and Canada. Standard shipping rates apply to other countries.
3. Are orders delivery duty paid (DDP)?
Yes! All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so there are no surprise customs duties, taxes, or delivery charges when your order arrives.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code and link to check your order status online.
5. Which courier services do you use?
We partner with trusted shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide — except to a few restricted countries, including Israel, and other OFAC & sanctioned regions.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can email us at support@eaglevogue.com to update your address.
8. What if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not available at the delivery time, please contact the courier company directly to reschedule your shipment.
9. Do you deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses?
No, we currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses for security and verification reasons.
10. What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order is not dispatched within 20 days, you can contact us for a full refund or status update.
11. How much does expedited shipping cost?
Expedited or urgent delivery costs $25 and ensures your order arrives within 7 to 9 business days.
